Job Description

Burlington Stores is seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Warehouse Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of warehouse operations and is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills. The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for driving productivity and ensuring adherence to safety standards in the warehouse. To be successful, you must have a minimum of three years of prior supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong organizational and leadership skills. Responsibilities of a Warehouse Team Lead:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including stocking, packing, and shipping of products.
  2. Monitor employee performance and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for increasing warehouse productivity.
  4. Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff.
  5. Create and maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues in the warehouse.
  7. Ensure all warehouse equipment is in good working order.
  8. Work with the warehouse management team to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
