Platform Application Technical Architect

The Platform Applications Technical Architect is responsible for the design, architecture, implementation and security of custom application integration and workflow automation engagements for our clients. Analyze customer’s existing technology and business workflows to recommend solutions. Create and enhance process and automations with the goal of wider adoption and utilization. Develop and deliver integrated technology solutions for customers, with a focus on quality. Participate in the development and evolution of the Platform Applications practice at Burwood. Participate in pre-sales activities and the proposal development process. Assist in establishing project and client pricing based on project estimates, risk, profitability, etc. Support sales efforts through education, lead generation, and customer relationship management. Act as the technical liaison for projects with our customers by engaging at all levels of an organization from the Help Desk to the CIO.
