Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain computer network systems to ensure availability and security of data.
  2. Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical solutions.
  3. Monitor network performance and security to identify potential risks and take appropriate action.
  4. Configure and install network hardware and software.
  5. Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, IP address allocation, and network security policies.
  6. Research and evaluate new network technologies and products.
  7. Respond to technical support requests from internal and external customers.
  8. Provide technical assistance to users with network-related issues.
  9. Educate users on best practices for network security.
  10. Ensure compliance with network security policies and procedures.
