Head Cheer Coach

Understand and agree to abide by the mission of CBU and the CBU Athletics Department. Instruct athletes with sound principles and expert skill in skills, training and strategies to achieve success. Has knowledge of game rules and Conference and NCAA regulations and implements these rules on a consistent basis. Explains and enforces safety rules and regulations, establish a safe environment. Responsible for submission of yearly budget to Athletic Director and keep current on all team expenditures to ensure compliance with team budget. Effectively manage time in a demanding work environment. Organize cheer clinics to be used for recruitment and/or performed during game day. Adhere to all institutional, conference, USA Cheer and NCAA by-laws and regulations.
