
Student Success Counselor
The Student Success Counselor position is primarily responsible for advising students in their academic progress and performing all functions related to their academic records. Conducts program evaluations for graduate and undergraduate students; prepares and records petitions to modify academic requirements; processes approved course substitutions and degree applications. Tracks and maintains information related to retention, attrition, and success rates of all enrolled students. Processes requests from students (current and former) and alumni for official transcripts, enrollment verifications, diplomas, and other academic related records.
2 years of internship or professional experience in higher education admissions or related fields
3 years of experience working directly with undergraduate and graduate college students in individual and group settings
Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed
