Athletics Operations Coordinator

The Athletics Operations Coordinator provides operational support to the Associate Athletic Director, CFO and Associate Athletic Director, Compliance and supports other administrative staff in the Department of Athletics with special projects as needed. Collects data and prepares reports for Athletics CFO and program head coaches. Assists programs with team travel arrangements. Assists in the operation of the Athletics Business Office including accounts receivable and accounts payable. Maintains filing systems and record retention for various support areas within Athletics. Creates and maintains event contracts and department master calendar. Serves as liaison to the Big West Conference regarding sport schedule accuracy and game day officials. Assists in completing NCAA compliance reports. Maintains student-athlete rosters in ARMS/Compliance Assistant. Responsible for administering a successful and effective Cal State Fullerton Athletic Injury Medical Expense (AIME) program.
