
Instructional Designer
We’re looking for an innovative and creative Instructional Designer to join the team at California State University, Fullerton. As an Instructional Designer, you’ll be part of a vibrant and energized environment, working collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administrators to create engaging and effective online and hybrid courses. You’ll be an avid learner and have an eye for detail, as you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality online learning experiences. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a great communicator, an experienced instructional designer, and a creative problem solver.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, with at least three years of experience in course design and instructional technology. You should be comfortable working with a variety of technology tools and be able to effectively collaborate with a range of stakeholders. You should also have excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. - Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure successful course delivery
