
Human Resources Generalist
Responsible for coordinating the administration and processing of the HRPR department to include full-time and part-time employee recruitments and onboarding, training and development, leave of absence administration and various other Human Resources functions. Lead oversight of online and in-person trainings to include training registrations and tracking. Training of new supervisors and PIs/PDs regarding hiring and separations. Assist with new hire and re-hire process, including hiring paperwork, new hire orientations. Assist Payroll & Benefits Specialist with Employment Verifications for employees. Assist in processing Employment Authorization Forms (EAFs) for various grants and projects.
5 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience required
Experience in a non-profit organization and/or experience working in an auxiliary Higher Ed setting desirable
