- Develop and design innovative and stylish men's underwear designs that align with the brand's vision and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and present creative ideas for new collections.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure designs are relevant and competitive.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, production, and marketing to ensure designs meet business goals and timelines.
- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for each design.
- Oversee the development process from concept to final product, including sourcing materials, creating prototypes, and approving samples.
- Continuously review and refine designs based on feedback and market demands.
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are in line with production capabilities.
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals and assets for product launches and promotions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's identity and ensure all designs align with the brand's image.
- Attend trade shows, fashion shows, and other industry events to stay updated on trends and network with other professionals.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and interns.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Continuously strive to elevate the brand and push boundaries in men's underwear design.
Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Design Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Designing Men's Underwear.
Strong Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends And Ability To Incorporate Them Into Designs.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Illustrator And Photoshop.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Vendors.
