- Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies that align with the Calvin Klein brand identity and drive sales.
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase the latest fashion trends and attract customers to the store.
- Work closely with the retail team to understand customer behavior and preferences, and use this knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
- Implement seasonal and promotional changes to the store layout and displays to reflect new products and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, buying, and operations to ensure consistency in brand messaging and product placement.
- Maintain and update visual merchandising guidelines and standards for all store locations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improving visual merchandising strategies and increasing sales.
- Train and coach store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are being met and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor's visual merchandising strategies to identify new opportunities and ideas for our stores.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Environment
Strong Understanding Of Fashion Trends And Ability To Translate Them Into Effective Visual Displays
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Store Management And Staff
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Microsoft Office
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment And Prioritize Tasks Effectively
