Responsibilities:

• Represent the Canada Goose Co. brand and help to promote a positive customer experience
• Communicate product information to customers in an informative and enthusiastic manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
• Utilize extensive knowledge of Canada Goose Co. products to educate customers
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
• Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers
• Monitor customer feedback and provide product suggestions
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed and adhered to
