Brand Ambassador - Experience

Responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador:

• Act as a representative of Canada Goose Co. and its brand values
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers
• Answer questions and provide product information to customers
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
• Make sure store shelves are properly stocked and presented
• Take initiative to identify customer needs and recommend relevant products
• Track customer inquiries and feedback
• Assist with in-store promotions and events
• Stay up-to-date with product information and industry trends
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
