Supervisor, Production & Sewing

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production and sewing processes to ensure quality products and production efficiency • Lead and motivate a team of production and sewing employees to meet tight deadlines • Ensure processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality guidelines • Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide coaching and training to ensure team members are meeting expectations • Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that arise during production • Monitor production and sewing equipment to ensure it remains in good working order • Coordinate with other departments and communicate regularly with the manufacturing team to ensure production is on track • Create and maintain production and sewing schedules • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the company’s systems • Develop and implement best practices to improve production and sewing processes
