  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of Canon through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  2. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests.

  4. Utilize active listening skills to accurately identify and assess customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  7. Utilize CRM systems to document and track customer interactions and resolutions.

  10. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while representing Canon.
  12. Attend regular training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

  14. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  15. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
