
People Champion
Identify and implement solutions which lead to efficiency improvements throughout the people team. Build relationships with all Canvas employees. Coordinate employee engagement programs. Conduct audits of various service requests, payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommend any improvements. Update HR systems with various employee change requests and process paperwork. Conduct new hire orientation presentations. Exhibit support for the organization’s mission, vision, purpose, goals, initiatives, and cost control. Provide internal support to Healthcare/dental/vision inquiries, 401k, Tuition reimbursement, Paid time-off, Employment verifications.
One to three years of proven human resources/administrative experience.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources preferred.
