As an ETL Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ETL testing, be detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with ETL testing, data warehouse design, and experience with various databases. The ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment is essential. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Analyze data sources and data warehouse design.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to complex ETL testing problems.
- Write SQL and scripting language code to test data.
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Monitor ETL processes and coordinate with other stakeholders.
- Manage and document test results and findings.
- Implement best practices and standards to improve ETL testing processes.
- Develop and maintain test plans and ETL test scripts.
