Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In A Corporate Or Financial Services Setting.

  • Proficiency In Instructional Design Principles And Methodologies, Including Addie And Adult Learning Theory.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
