Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or Related Field.

Proficiency In Instructional Design Principles And Methodologies, Including Addie And Adult Learning Theory.
Strong Project Management Skills, Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
