- Process and execute financial transactions for private clients accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the firm's investment products and services to effectively assist clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all client requests and transactions are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client transactions and interactions.
- Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all financial and legal requirements.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, such as portfolio managers and advisors, to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products, Including Mutual Funds, Etfs, And Separately Managed Accounts.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With High Net Worth Clients.
Knowledge Of Financial Regulations And Compliance Procedures, Including Finra And Sec Guidelines.
