- Operate and maintain equipment used in the movement of bulk materials, such as forklifts, conveyors, and packaging machinery.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.

- Handle and transport raw materials and finished products in a safe and efficient manner.

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.

- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest ways to increase efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assist with training new employees on equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Cargill to customers and vendors.
- Work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production demands.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Previous Experience In Operating And Maintaining Heavy Machinery Such As Forklifts, Conveyors, And Loaders.
Knowledge Of Safety Regulations And Procedures Related To Handling Bulk Materials.
Strong Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects On A Regular Basis.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
Familiarity With Inventory Systems And Ability To Accurately Record And Track Materials.
