  1. Operate and maintain chemical processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Monitor and control process parameters to ensure quality and consistency of products.
  3. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and maintain a safe work environment.
  4. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and process deviations.
  6. Adhere to all regulatory and company standards for product quality and environmental compliance.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of production, process parameters, and equipment maintenance.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  10. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of chemical processes and equipment.
  11. Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure consistent and high-quality production.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with general housekeeping duties.
  13. Actively participate in safety meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of safety initiatives.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and uphold the company's values and culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Chemical Manufacturing Or Processing Environment

  • Knowledge Of Chemical Processes And Equipment, Including Safety Protocols

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Physically Demanding Environment, Including Lifting Up To 50 Pounds And Standing For Extended Periods Of Time.
