  1. Develop and implement commercial excellence strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
  2. Lead and manage the digital customer experience team to ensure a seamless and user-friendly interface for customers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement digital solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and use insights to inform digital customer experience strategies.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and implementation of commercial excellence and digital customer experience initiatives.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital customer experience strategies and make necessary adjustments to meet business objectives.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital customer experience and apply learnings to enhance Cargill's strategies.
  8. Build and maintain a culture of excellence within the commercial excellence and digital customer experience team by providing coaching, development, and performance management.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for digital customer experience initiatives and ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team to drive digital transformation and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Commercial Leadership Roles, Preferably In The Food And Agriculture Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Digital Transformation And Innovation Initiatives Within A Commercial Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Experience Principles And Ability To Implement Strategies To Improve Overall Customer Satisfaction.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
