We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager for the Mountain Southwest region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the animal nutrition industry.   1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets for the Mountain Southwest region.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the animal nutrition industry, including but not limited to feed mills, livestock producers, and distributors.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to understand their needs and provide them with personalized solutions.
  4. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotions that support sales objectives.
  5. Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their sales goals.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for Diamond V.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, customer service, and supply chain, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sales strategies.
  9. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Diamond V's products and services.
  10. Maintain a deep understanding of Diamond V's products and services, as well as the latest developments in the animal nutrition industry, to provide knowledgeable and consultative sales support.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Agricultural Or Animal Nutrition Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Agriculture, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Demonstrated Success In Leading And Managing A Sales Team, With A Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Livestock And Feed Industries In The Mountain Southwest Region.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Key Stakeholders.
