  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative engineering projects that align with Cargill's business objectives.
  2. Utilize strong technical skills to design, develop, and implement solutions that improve processes, products, and systems.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization within current processes and systems.
  4. Take ownership of projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  5. Communicate project updates, progress, and results to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during project execution.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology, and utilize this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization.
  8. Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards while performing engineering tasks.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment for projects.
  10. Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  11. Work closely with other departments, such as production, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of engineering projects.
  12. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, systems, and overall performance of the organization.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of safety and compliance within the engineering team.
  15. Represent Cargill in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
