  1. Conduct regular quality and safety audits of our products, facilities, and processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  2. Implement and maintain food safety and quality management systems, including HACCP, GMP, and SOPs.
  3. Monitor and track all relevant food safety and quality metrics and provide timely reports and recommendations to management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventative actions to address any quality and safety issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date with all relevant food safety and regulatory requirements and ensure that the company is compliant with all necessary regulations.
  6. Conduct product sampling and testing to ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards.
  7. Participate in new product development and provide input on food safety and quality considerations.
  8. Assist in the development and delivery of food safety and quality training programs for employees.
  9. Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure that all quality and safety requirements are met throughout the supply chain.
  10. Investigate and resolve any customer complaints related to food safety or quality.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all food safety and quality activities.
  12. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance food safety and quality processes.
  13. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, responding to any inquiries or concerns and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve food safety and quality processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Embrace and promote a culture of food safety and quality throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Microbiology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Food Safety, Quality, And/Or Regulatory Compliance

  • Knowledge Of Fda And Usda Regulations And Understanding Of Haccp Principles

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment
