- Conduct regular quality and safety audits of our products, facilities, and processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Implement and maintain food safety and quality management systems, including HACCP, GMP, and SOPs.
- Monitor and track all relevant food safety and quality metrics and provide timely reports and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventative actions to address any quality and safety issues.
- Stay up-to-date with all relevant food safety and regulatory requirements and ensure that the company is compliant with all necessary regulations.
- Conduct product sampling and testing to ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards.
- Participate in new product development and provide input on food safety and quality considerations.
- Assist in the development and delivery of food safety and quality training programs for employees.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure that all quality and safety requirements are met throughout the supply chain.
- Investigate and resolve any customer complaints related to food safety or quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all food safety and quality activities.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance food safety and quality processes.
- Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, responding to any inquiries or concerns and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve food safety and quality processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Embrace and promote a culture of food safety and quality throughout the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Microbiology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Food Safety, Quality, And/Or Regulatory Compliance
Knowledge Of Fda And Usda Regulations And Understanding Of Haccp Principles
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment
