  1. Operate and maintain equipment used in the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
  2. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
  3. Monitor and maintain product quality by conducting regular quality checks and reporting any issues to supervisors.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met and deadlines are achieved.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  6. Accurately record production data and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
  7. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, punctuality and dress code.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Cargill, promoting our products and values to customers and stakeholders.
  10. Attend training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the food and agriculture industry.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, working collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  12. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous production.

Job Qualifications
