  4. Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement and address any potential issues.

  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  8. Oversee administrative processes, such as office supplies, equipment, and services, to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures for facilities and administrative functions.
  11. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Facilities Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Large Industrial Or Manufacturing Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Priorities.
