- Maintain and repair production equipment: The primary responsibility of the Licensed Millwright will be to ensure that all production equipment is regularly maintained and promptly repaired to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Possession Of A Valid Millwright Certification: Cargill Requires All Licensed Millwrights To Have A Recognized Certification In The Trade. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Received Proper Training And Has The Necessary Skills To Perform The Job Effectively.
Experience In Industrial Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate For A Licensed Millwright Position At Cargill Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Industrial Maintenance, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Food Processing Environment. This Experience Should Include Troubleshooting, Repairing, And Maintaining Equipment Such As Conveyors, Pumps, And Motors.
Strong Mechanical And Technical Skills: A Licensed Millwright At Cargill Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of Mechanical Systems And Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics. They Should Also Have A Working Knowledge Of Welding, Fabrication, And Machining Techniques.
