Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Equipment Maintenance: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Maintenance Of Industrial Equipment, Preferably In A Food Manufacturing Setting.

  • Technical Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems Is Required For This Role. Candidates Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Repair Equipment Efficiently.

  • Safety Training And Certifications: As A Maintenance Technician, It Is Important To Have A Strong Commitment To Safety. Candidates Should Have Relevant Safety Training And Certifications, Such As Osha 10 Or 30.

  • Attention To Detail: Maintenance Technicians At Cargill Are Responsible For Performing Routine Maintenance And Inspections, So Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure Equipment Is Functioning Properly And Potential Issues Are Identified.

  • Flexibility In Work Schedule: This Position May Require Working Evening, Night, Or Weekend Shifts To Accommodate Production Needs And Perform Maintenance Tasks During Non-Production Hours. Candidates Should Be Willing To Work A Flexible Schedule As Needed.
