- Act as a representative and ambassador for Cargill's Next Generation Graduate Program, promoting the company's values and mission to potential candidates.
- Identify and attract top graduate talent through various channels, including career fairs, university partnerships, and social media.
- Screen and review applications to identify qualified candidates for the talent pool.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the program.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to identify project opportunities and assign talent pool members to projects.
- Provide support and guidance to talent pool members throughout their journey, including onboarding, training, and career development.
- Monitor and evaluate talent pool members' performance and progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with talent pool members, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout their time in the program.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices related to graduate recruitment and talent development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Next Generation Graduate Program by providing feedback and suggestions for program enhancements.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure the successful integration and retention of talent pool members into the company.
- Represent Cargill at industry events and conferences to promote the Next Generation Graduate Program and attract top talent.
- Act as a mentor and role model for talent pool members, inspiring them to reach their full potential and make a positive impact in the agricultural industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Agriculture.
Strong Academic Performance With A Minimum Gpa Of 3.0.
Demonstrated Leadership Experience Through Internships, Campus Involvement, Or Previous Work Experience.
