  1. Source and purchase raw materials for the organization's supply chain needs.

  3. Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to drive cost savings for the organization.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and conditions to make informed purchasing decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  6. Develop and maintain a network of reliable and quality suppliers.
  7. Conduct regular evaluations of suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contracts.
  11. Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments to procurement strategies as needed.
  12. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in supply chain management.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  14. Provide support for special projects and initiatives related to procurement and supply chain management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Agricultural Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Sourcing, Negotiations, And Inventory Management

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Suppliers

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Experience Working With Procurement Software And Systems.
