Job Description

Develops metrics and analysis of benefits projects. Consults and interacts with business managers and Human Resources regarding benefit issues, activities, and policies. Supports rates setting and rate recommendation process. Provides benefit analysis related to cost modeling, business impact, market comparisons, and emerging trends. Ensures consistent application of benefits administration and processes in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Utilizes benefit principles, theories and concepts for bench marking, research, and analysis. Analyzes and provides recommendations on future adoption of benefit programs.

Job Qualifications
  • 4 years of benefits experience

  • 2 years Retirement Plan benefits experience

  • Knowledge of the retirement benefits industry and market trends

  • Experience working with defined contribution, defined benefit, non-qualified and ESOP retirement benefit plans
