We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition for our Trading and Financial Markets division. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our talented workforce by leading our global recruitment efforts and identifying top talent for our trading and financial teams. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader with a strong background in talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the trading and financial markets.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy for the Trading and Financial Markets division, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans to attract top talent for the division.
  3. Utilize market intelligence and industry trends to identify and attract top talent within the trading and financial markets.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and external recruitment agencies, to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  5. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of recruitment services.
  6. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand and employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve processes.
  8. Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition to ensure the division remains competitive in the market.
  9. Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure consistency and alignment in recruitment processes and procedures across all regions.
  10. Serve as a brand ambassador for Cargill, representing the company's values and culture to potential candidates and external partners.

  • Extensive Experience In Talent Acquisition: The Ideal Candidate For The Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition - Trading And Financial Markets Role At Cargill Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, With A Strong Focus On Trading And Financial Markets. This Includes Experience In Developing And Executing Global Talent Acquisition Strategies, As Well As A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing And Hiring Top Talent In The Trading And Financial Markets Industry.

The Candidate Should Also Possess A Strong Network Within The Industry And Be Able To Leverage It To Attract Top Talent To Cargill.

  • Strategic Mindset: As A Senior Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Global Talent Acquisition Strategies For The Trading And Financial Markets Business At Cargill. Therefore, They Should Possess A Strategic Mindset, With The Ability To Align Talent Acquisition Initiatives With The Overall Business Goals And Objectives.
