- Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy for the Trading and Financial Markets division, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans to attract top talent for the division.
- Utilize market intelligence and industry trends to identify and attract top talent within the trading and financial markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and external recruitment agencies, to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of recruitment services.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand and employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve processes.
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition to ensure the division remains competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure consistency and alignment in recruitment processes and procedures across all regions.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Cargill, representing the company's values and culture to potential candidates and external partners.
