- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leaders and managers to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and support talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to design and deliver training and development programs.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure Cargill remains competitive in the market.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Serve as a role model for Cargill's values and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and industry associations.
- Manage and mentor HR team members to ensure their development and success.
- Represent Cargill at industry events and conferences.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support other Cargill locations (10-15%).
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Hr Business Partner Role.
Experience Working In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment, Preferably In The Food Or Agriculture Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Laws, Including Labor Relations And Compliance.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives That Align With Business Objectives And Drive Organizational Performance.
