  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in customer feedback and complaints.
  2. Collaborate with the customer relations team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address and resolve any issues or concerns.
  4. Monitor social media and online review sites to identify and respond to customer feedback.
  5. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction.
  6. Work closely with other departments, such as sales and service, to gather information and provide insights on customer experiences.
  7. Provide support and guidance to the customer relations team to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements within the customer relations department.
  9. Train and onboard new team members on customer service protocols and procedures.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing CarMax and its values to customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Client Relations, Preferably In A Retail Or Automotive Environment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Positive Relationships With Customers And Internal Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Crm Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
