  1. Oversee multiple departments within the store, including sales, finance, and service, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
  2. Collaborate with various teams, including sales, finance, and service, to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and performance goals for the store.
  4. Train, mentor, and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual and team targets.
  5. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics and take necessary actions to improve results.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  7. Manage inventory levels and make purchasing decisions to meet customer demand and maximize profitability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Automotive Industry

  • Knowledge Of Sales And Marketing Strategies, As Well As Inventory Management And Financial Analysis
