- Oversee and manage the delivery process for all vehicles sold at CarMax, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers
- Lead a team of delivery associates to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Continuously evaluate and improve the delivery process to enhance the overall customer experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with external transportation partners to ensure smooth and timely vehicle deliveries
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the delivery process
- Monitor and report on key delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any delivery-related concerns or issues promptly and effectively
- Train and develop delivery associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in vehicle delivery to drive innovation and improve processes at CarMax
- Represent CarMax and its commitment to revolutionizing the car buying experience at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Delivery Or Logistics Management Role.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Delivery Associates.
Knowledge Of Transportation And Delivery Operations, Including Route Planning, Scheduling, And Tracking.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Track Record Of Meeting Delivery Targets And Customer Satisfaction.
