
Inventory Associate

- Maintain accurate and current inventory records of all vehicles on the lot.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicles for sale.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Assist in the organization and display of vehicles on the lot.
- Keep the lot clean and organized to provide an attractive and welcoming environment for customers.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Continuously monitor inventory levels and inform management of any shortages or overstocks.
- Assist in the coordination of vehicle transfers between locations.
- Assist customers with locating and retrieving specific vehicles.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive car buying experience for all customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Previous Inventory Management Experience: A Strong Candidate For This Role Should Have Previous Experience In Managing Inventory, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment.
Attention To Detail: Inventory Associates Are Responsible For Accurately Tracking And Recording Inventory Levels, So Attention To Detail Is Crucial To The Success Of This Role.
Strong Organizational Skills: This Job Requires Juggling Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities, So A Candidate Must Be Highly Organized To Ensure Efficient Operations.
Ability To Work Independently: While Working As Part Of A Team, An Inventory Associate Must Also Be Able To Work Independently And Take Initiative To Complete Tasks And Solve Problems.
Physical Stamina: This Job Involves Regularly Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects And Standing For Long Periods Of Time, So Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Role.
