Master Ase Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Master Ase Certification, Which Demonstrates Their Advanced Knowledge And Expertise In Automotive Repair And Diagnostics.
Extensive Automotive Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As An Ase Certified Technician Is Required For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Vehicle Systems And Be Able To Diagnose And Repair Complex Issues.
Night Shift Availability: This Position Requires The Candidate To Work Night Shifts, So The Candidate Should Have The Availability And Willingness To Work During These Hours.
Leadership Skills: As A Master Ase Certified Technician, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Supervising A Team Of Technicians. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
