  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our real estate properties in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet company standards for cleanliness and safety.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the profitability of our properties.
  4. Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.
  5. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  6. Manage and maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and other financial data.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate property renovations, repairs, and improvements.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property management to continuously improve processes.
  9. Train and supervise junior property management staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Handle tenant complaints and disputes in a professional and timely manner, striving to maintain positive relationships.
  11. Work closely with the sales team to ensure that properties are marketed effectively and vacancies are filled promptly.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure quality services at competitive prices.
  13. Conduct market research and analysis to determine rental rates and stay competitive in the market.
  14. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
  15. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to property management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Property Management, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Real Estate Laws And Regulations, As Well As Property Management Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.

  • Proficiency In Property Management Software, Such As Yardi Or Appfolio, And Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
