Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Automotive Systems And Components: A Vehicle Condition Assessor At Carmax Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Automotive Systems And Components, Including Engines, Transmissions, Brakes, And Suspension. This Knowledge Enables Them To Accurately Assess The Condition Of A Vehicle.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Vehicle Condition Assessor, It Is Crucial To Have A Keen Eye For Detail. This Includes Being Able To Spot Any Potential Issues Or Damage On A Vehicle, Both Visually And Through Testing. Attention To Detail Is Essential In Providing Accurate Assessments Of A Vehicle's Condition.
