
Merchandising Assistant

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities, as well as a keen eye for detail. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:
- Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotions for Carrefour's retail merchandising department.
- Develop strategies to improve customer service and increase sales.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
- Create reports and presentations to share findings and insights.
- Develop and implement training and development programs for merchandising staff.
- Manage inventory levels and stock rotation.
- Monitor stock levels and identify potential stock shortages.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
