Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective quality assurance processes and procedures.
  2. Monitor and maintain product quality standards.
  3. Analyze data to identify potential areas of improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality materials and components are used.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
  7. Investigate customer complaints and take corrective action.
  8. Develop and update quality assurance documents and policies.
  9. Participate in root cause analysis of quality issues.
  10. Work with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
  11. Present quality reports and results to management.
  12. Assist with training and development of quality assurance processes.
