
Store Management Trainee
We are looking for an ambitious and organized Store Management Trainee to join our team at Carrefour. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills as they take on the responsibility of managing a store.The ideal Store Management Trainee must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask. They should be customer-focused and have a passion for retail. A professional and friendly attitude is essential, as is a keen eye for detail and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the overall operations of the store, including staffing, customer service, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
- Motivating and managing store personnel, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to meet store sales and profitability goals.
- Monitoring store performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Assisting in the training and development of store personnel.
