  1. Oversee the management of Caterpillar's fleet of vehicles, ensuring their proper and efficient operation.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance and reduce costs.
  3. Maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
  4. Monitor and analyze data on fleet utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that fleet operations align with business objectives.
  6. Recruit, train, and manage a team of fleet technicians and drivers.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  8. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage relationships with vendors.
  9. Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program for all fleet vehicles.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and implement best practices to enhance fleet operations.
  11. Prepare and present reports on fleet performance and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  12. Manage budget and expenses related to fleet operations.
  13. Conduct regular audits to ensure fleet vehicles are in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  14. Coordinate and oversee the acquisition and disposal of fleet vehicles.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the fleet management team.
