- Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of all company facilities globally.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the safety, functionality, and cost-effectiveness of all facilities.
- Manage facility budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations and maintenance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality and timely facility services.
- Develop and implement facility maintenance and safety protocols.
- Monitor and analyze facility operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Lead facility improvement projects, including renovations, expansions, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities meet the needs of employees and support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a global facility management plan, including emergency response plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to facility management.
- Oversee facility inspections and audits to identify and address any issues.
- Train and supervise facility staff, including maintenance and cleaning personnel.
- Communicate with senior management to provide updates on facility operations and any potential issues.
- Stay informed of industry developments and best practices in facility management and make recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs in facility management.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Global Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of International Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Sustainability Practices.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Vendor Management.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage A Diverse Workforce.
