- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with department managers and leaders to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment and retention plans
- Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Manage and maintain employee records, including performance evaluations, benefits, and training records
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies
- Conduct regular training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and promote career growth
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
- Oversee the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits packages
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In The Manufacturing Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeoc.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Levels Of Employees.
Experience In Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
