  1. Design and develop IAM solutions to ensure the security and access control of our systems and data.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design appropriate IAM solutions.
  3. Implement and maintain IAM systems, including user provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
  4. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks and implement effective solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IAM to continuously improve our systems and processes.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents related to IAM systems.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation for IAM systems and processes.
  8. Work closely with other developers and IT professionals to integrate IAM solutions into existing systems and applications.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on IAM projects and initiatives.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the IAM function.
  11. Train and mentor other team members on IAM concepts and best practices.
  12. Adhere to established coding standards and security protocols to ensure the reliability and integrity of IAM systems.
  13. Participate in on-call rotations to provide support and address any urgent IAM-related issues.
  14. Collaborate with the IT security team to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on IAM principles and provide guidance and recommendations to leadership on IAM strategies and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Identity And Access Management Development

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++

  • Knowledge Of Identity And Access Management Frameworks And Tools, Such As Iam, Active Directory, And Ldap

  • Strong Understanding Of Security Protocols And Standards, Such As Saml, Oauth, And Openid Connect.
