  1. Oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance processes to ensure the highest level of quality in our products.
  2. Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Lead a team of quality control technicians and inspectors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues and implement solutions.
  6. Monitor and analyze product quality data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including procedures, standards, and specifications.
  8. Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in quality control processes to continuously improve and optimize our processes.
  10. Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials and components.
  11. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to promote a culture of quality excellence.
  13. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  14. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing and promoting best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Or Management Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Train And Motivate A Team.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Problem-Solving Techniques, Including Root Cause Analysis And Statistical Process Control.
