  1. Lead the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions for Caterpillar's heavy equipment products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI integration and innovation in the company's products and processes.
  3. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of AI and its applications in industrial settings.
  4. Mentor and guide a team of engineers to ensure delivery of high-quality and impactful solutions.
  5. Design and develop AI algorithms and models for data analysis and predictive maintenance.
  6. Perform testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field With A Focus On Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning.

  • Minimum 7 Years Of Experience In A Design Engineering Role, With Demonstrated Proficiency In Developing Ai Technologies And Applications.

  • Strong Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, And C++, As Well As Experience With Ai Frameworks And Libraries.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Ai Projects, From Conceptualization To Implementation And Testing.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work In Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
