1. Learn and master welding techniques and procedures under the guidance of experienced welders.
2. Operate and maintain welding equipment, including but not limited to MIG, TIG, and stick welders.
3. Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and those around you.
4. Read and interpret welding blueprints and technical drawings.
5. Measure and cut materials according to specifications.
6. Prepare and clean materials for welding.
7. Assist in the fabrication and assembly of metal structures and components.
8. Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment as needed.
9. Participate in training programs and workshops to continuously improve welding skills.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
