- Learn and master welding techniques and procedures under the guidance of experienced welders.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment, including but not limited to MIG, TIG, and stick welders.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and those around you.
- Read and interpret welding blueprints and technical drawings.
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications.
- Prepare and clean materials for welding.
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of metal structures and components.
- Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment as needed.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to continuously improve welding skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
